Return Policy
We offer a full 30-day return window on all items, as long as they are returned in original, new condition. If an item is damaged or the wrong product was sent, we will cover the return shipping cost. In these cases, we may request photos of the item and shipping packaging before accepting the return.
In most other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to fitment issues, a $15.00 USD restocking fee will apply. This covers handling and inspection of returned products. To avoid this, we encourage all customers to review product details and measurements carefully before purchasing, or reach out to us with any fitment questions. As long as the item is returned unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original product packaging (placed inside a separate shipping box), it will be accepted for return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please retain all shipping packaging for any damaged item received.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept back items that have been damaged from use or that have been modified in any way. Please contact us at info@dynamiccaps.com if you are wanting to return an item that failed within the first 30 days from when it arrived to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know the refund was issued. A restocking fee may be applied if the item is not returned in original condition and packaging, was due to a fitment issue or is outside the 30-day return window.
