DynamicCaps™ Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty


DynamicCaps™ offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty ensures that our floating center caps meet the highest quality standards.


What is Covered?

  • Manufacturing Defects – Any material or workmanship flaws that affect the normal function of the product.
  • Bearing Failures – Bearings that fail due to normal wear within the warranty period.

What is Not Covered?

  • Misuse or Abuse – Damage resulting from excessive force, accidents, or neglect.
  • Improper Installation – Issues caused by incorrect installation or failure to follow proper mounting instructions.
  • Modifications or Alterations – Damage resulting from unauthorized changes to the product.
  • Normal Wear and Tear – Minor cosmetic scratches, discoloration, or fading over time due to road conditions.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Proof of Purchase – A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
  • Photos & Description – Provide clear images and a description of the issue.
  • Submit a Request – Contact our customer support team at support@dynamiccaps.com to initiate a claim.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item for warranty evaluation, if deemed necessary.
  • DynamicCaps™ will cover shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item sent back to the customer.

Resolution Options

At our discretion, DynamicCaps™ will either:

  • Repair or Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent model.
  • Issue a Refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Limitations of Liability

DynamicCaps™ is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
