DynamicCaps™ Return Policy

We value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the full policy below.

1) Overview & Preconditions

  • Pre-approval required: All returns must be pre-approved via email at returns@dynamiccaps.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Carrier requirement: Returns must be shipped back to us via USPS only. Returns sent by other carriers will not be processed.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging (including any internal packaging) to be eligible.

2) Timeframes & Acceptance

  • Change of mind / Partner got mad / general returns: Eligible within 30 days of delivery (see exclusions below).
  • Defects, wrong item, or damage: Please contact us immediately upon receipt (ideally within 7 days) with details/photos so we can help fast.

3) Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

  • If the return is due to our error (defective item, incorrect product, or damage in transit), we cover return shipping (USPS) after approval.
  • For returns not due to our error (e.g., change of mind, fit preference), customer pays return shipping (USPS).
  • A restocking fee of USD $25.00 per set applies to returns not caused by our error. This covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.

4) Non-Returnable / Exception Items

  • Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Custom Color Editions and special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • If an item is deemed defective within the first 30 days after arrival, please contact us for review and arrangements.

5) How to Initiate a Return (Authorization Required)

  1. Email returns@dynamiccaps.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (e.g., damage/defect).
  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions if approved.
  3. Ship the item back via USPS only using the packaging guidance provided. Keep proof of shipment until your return is processed.

6) Refunds & Exchanges

  • After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing by your payment provider.
  • For a different item/size, the fastest option is to return for refund and place a new order.
